My name is Drew Seaver and I am a high school distance coach, personal trainer, and competitive distance runner.  I specialize in events ranging from the mile-5k, but enjoy racing both shorter and longer distances.

My page contains my daily training log, as well as occasional but frequent articles I write based on my personal experience as a trainer and coach.  There is so much misinformation out there and I hope you can see that I do things a little differently.

I am not big on jogging mileage.  I have found better health and longevity as a runner through an abundance of interval training.  The research on interval training and its superior benefits are out there.

Through a progressive program of core traning, strength training, and interval training – I have been able to successfully improve the health of my clients and myself.
