I was happy to finish faster which means I’m learning to pace myself much better. 1 more mile race this week then a short break before training for outdoor!

Definitely one of my best 1200m workouts so far. I am looking forward to my last mile race of the season!

1 mile race @ Miler’s Night – Monmouth University: 4:45.

It’s safe to say my training is working. It’s safe to say that easy mileage is not very important for competition. The last time I ran this fast I was also running ~50-60 miles per week. Lots of easy mileage. I think last week I averaged maybe 18. 1 day of easy mileage. That’s significant.
